The brief
The second of two foundation pit reinforcement projects completed for Batmsheni in 2017. Delivered consecutively with the Pirosmani 3b project, this commission demonstrated the strength of ERTI's relationship with Batmsheni and the company's ability to sustain multiple concurrent site mobilisations.
The challenge
Back-to-back deployments for the same client required careful logistics planning — equipment, crews, and materials had to be sequenced efficiently between the two sites to maintain programme across both projects.
Our approach
ERTI applied the same press-in sheet piling methodology used across its 2017 programme, installing a continuous steel sheet pile perimeter to enable safe excavation. The project was completed on schedule, reinforcing Batmsheni's confidence in ERTI as a foundation engineering partner.
